A Lei Municipal nº 542/2014, aprovada e promulgada pela Câmara Municipal de Itapoá no dia 05 de setembro e que entrou em vigor no dia 05 de outubro, visa combater pichações e prevê mudanças no comércio de tintas spray e similares. Desde então, todos os estabelecimentos que comercializam spray e similares devem possuir um formulário (como este que você acessa clicando aqui) para preenchimento das informações do comprador. A medida, segundo divulgado pela Prefeitura de Itapoá, visa facilitar possíveis investigações a respeito de pichações ocorridas no Município.

Tanto a Lei Municipal quanto o modelo do formulário estão sendo enviados aos estabelecimentos comerciais a fim de facilitar e uniformizar as informações a esse respeito.

Materiais para campanha contra pichações devem ser enviados, em breve, pelo Poder Executivo Municipal.

“Em breve, também serão encaminhados materiais para campanha contra pichações. Ainda, é importante ressaltar que, conforme a Lei Federal nº 12.408, é proibida a venda de tintas em embalagens tipo aerossol em todo o território nacional para menores de 18 anos”, lembra a Prefeitura de Itapoá em nota publicada no seu site institucional.

Muito longe de incentivar a prática da pichação e, consequente, depredação de patrimônio alheio, repudiadas pela equipe do site, as fotos têm o intuito de mostrar o quão essas ações são prejudiciais à imagem de nossa Cidade.

Pichação é crime ambiental e precisa ser tratada como tal. Se você observar alguém praticando esse abominável ato, ligue imediatamente para o 190, Polícia Militar, quem é a quem cabe à prisão, em flagrante, desses meliantes.
