Na tarde dessa sexta-feira, dia 20 de fevereiro, um homem em atitude suspeita monitorou o movimento de moradores em uma rua do Centro de Itapoá, constando que uma residência estava vazia. Então, ele invadiu o imóvel, furtando pertences que lá se encontravam. Foram levados celulares e notebook. O indivíduo também localizou as chaves do automóvel Renault Duster, com placas de Rancho Alegre (PR), empreendendo fuga com o veículo, rumo a Joinville.

Em posse de poucas informações, policiais militares do patrulhamento tático daquela cidade localizaram o carro com as mesmas características das buscas em um posto de combustível na Avenida Santos Dumont, próximo ao aeroporto, por volta do meio dia de sábado, dia 21 de fevereiro. No local, então, constataram se tratar, mesmo, do veículo furtado em Itapoá.

Um homem e um menor de idade, o qual já possui mais de 35 passagens criminais e já estava com mandado de apreensão em aberto, foram detidos no momento da ação, suspeitos de envolvimento com o furto praticado.
