Na noite dessa quinta-feira, dia 21 de maio, um acidente de trânsito chamou a atenção de quem passava pela esquina da avenida Ana Maria Rodrigues de Freitas com a Celso Ramos, no balneário Itapema do Norte, em Itapoá.

Segundo o relato de testemunhas, o SAMU (Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência) foi o primeiro a chegar no local e atendeu a um dos dois condutores envolvidos, o qual estava em visível estado de embriaguez e teria sido o responsável pela colisão. Ele apresentava um ferimento na perna direita e foi encaminhado ao PA 24 de Horas de Itapoá para os curativos necessários. Ainda no Pronto Atendimento, o homem foi detido pela Polícia Militar por ter conduzido a sua motocicleta embriagado.

O ASU (Auto Socorro de Urgência) do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Itapoá chegou logo após o SAMU e atendeu a outra vítima, o piloto da segunda moto envolvida. Esse se recusou a receber encaminhamento médico, uma vez que não havia sofrido nenhuma lesão e estava devidamente equipado.

Populares que presenciaram o atendimento ao condutor que estava embriagado relataram que, além de ter sido preso pela embriaguez na condução, ele não possuía habilitação e estava com os documentos da moto vencidos, sendo que o veículo, por isso, teria sido recolhido ao pátio da PM.
