Na manhã desta quinta-feira, 24 de maio, a Polícia Civil, por meio do Setor de Investigação Criminal- SIC da delegacia de Itapoá, prendeu três suspeitos por tráfico e associação para o tráfico.  Os policias estavam investigando, e em busca de provas, lograram êxito na operação com a prisão em flagrante de três pessoas em três residências no balneário Verdes Mares.

De acordo com informações da Polícia Civil, foram apreendidos diversos entorpecentes, como cocaína, crack e maconha. Além do dinheiro relativo ao tráfico e material destinado à embalagem e a venda da droga.

Ainda segundo a Polícia Civil, quatro suspeitos estavam no local do crime que por ser próximo a uma área de mata fechada, um dos envolvidos conseguiu pular a janela e empreender fuga.

A ocorrência foi  finalizada com indiciamento de todos os envolvidos, inclusive  o foragido, pelos crimes de tráfico e associação para o tráfico (arts. 33 e 35 da Lei n. 11.343/06).

Após os procedimentos policiais, os presos foram encaminhados à Unidade Prisional e ficarão à disposição da Justiça.
