De acordo com o divulgado pela PMI (Prefeitura Municipal de Itapoá), os condutores  socorristas das ambulânicas do SAMU (Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência) de Itapoá participaram de uma capacitação ministrada por instrutores do Distrito Federal. Realizado entre os dias 05 e 10 deste mês de outubro, o curso ocorreu no Kartódromo Internacional de Joinville.

Na capacitação, foram ensinadas técnicas de pilotagem segura e formas de aperfeiçoar o atendimento ao público.

Além disso, o SAMU ofertou duas palestras no posto de saúde do Pontal no mês de setembro. Ambas explicavam o funcionamento do Serviço e quando ele deve ser acionado, sendo uma direcionada aos hipertensos e outra às gestantes.
